Gregg Gordon

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Gregg Gordon has spent 30+ years in the metro NYC area working in the health care sector at large and small payors, at major health systems, and for independent entities including a co-founded boutique consulting firm. His roles have primarily been in the network management space with ascending leadership roles leading to executive oversight over contracting, provider relations, credentialing, operations, value-based contracting, strategy, and considerably more.

In early 2023, Gregg started a small consulting practice that focused primarily on provider-side clients advocating for them in their payor relationships. It was through the relationships he developed with independent outpatient surgery centers that the idea for Surgical Solutions IPA was borne and the company was founded, approved by NYS regulators, and launched 2024.
Previous to launching Surgical Solutions IPA, Gregg served in executive leadership roles overseeing the provider network management vertical for VillageCareMAX, Affinity Health Plan, MVP Health Plan, and MagnaCare. Prior to these payor-side roles, Gregg also spent five years at Northwell Health supporting major health system negotiations with payors before doing the same at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in New Jersey.
